Charter Service Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. No fees will be charged for cancellations or changes made at least 7 days before the service date (before 01:00).
2. Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the service date (before 00:00) will incur a fee of 50% of the total order cost.
3. Cancellations made between 3 and 1 day before the service date (before 00:00) will incur a fee of 90% of the total order cost.
4. Cancellations made within 1 day of the service date will incur a fee of 100% of the total order cost.
5. If the customer requests a date change, the new price will be based on the latest quote, and any additional costs incurred due to last-minute changes will be borne by the customer. If the supplier cannot accommodate the new date and the cancellation falls within the chargeable period, cancellation fees will be applied according to the cancellation policy.
Hotel Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 1 month in advance, while full charges apply for cancellations within 1 month.
Accommodation tax has been levied since October 2002. The tax is charged per person per night based on the accommodation amount, ranging from 100 yen to 500 yen per person per night, and is to be paid separately at the front desk. The exact amount will be informed by the hotel front desk.
